Welcome to Week 1 Day 4 of The Fit & Sexy Summer Challenge!
No breakfast today since I woke up late and I ate my lunch a little early. So the lunch from The Sexy Chef is my first meal of the day! If ever I get hungry before dinner, I'll just have some healthy snacks like banana and yogurt :)
Lunch:
Chicken Burger Fit Bowl
Chunky Tomato Soup
Yum, yum and yum! I wasn't able to finish the rice in the fit bowl but it was still satisfying! And I'm really loving every soup they deliver! :) Little by little, I'm feeling like I'm developing a craving for The Sexy Chef food - I just can't wait to eat each meal. :D
Tonight after work, I'll be visiting Fitness First again to exercise some more - hopefully with increased intensity this time as my muscle pains are subsiding now. I believe I'll be able to do a crossfit session tomorrow! :)
UPDATE: Alriiiight! I was able to squeeze in some workout earlier and I feel goooood! :D
Pre-Workout Snack:
1 large banana
90 mL Dutch Mill Strawberry Yoghurt drink
Dinner:
Cream Dory Fish Fillet Sandwich
Greek Salad with Pesto Vinaigrette
Salad? GOOD! Sandwich? Even better! I even loved this more than the McSteamy Burger last Monday. No strong taste from the dressing. The fish fillet is cooked just right. Perfect! <3
Wish me luck for my second CrossFit boot camp session tomorrow!
