Week 2 Day 2: The Fit & Sexy Summer Challenge

This morning, I kind of dragged myself to get up. I awoke 30 minutes prior to my alarm clock but I didn't get up just yet.

9:30 AM I got up and started preparing for another Crossfit Boot Camp session.

Breakfast:
1 small Smucker's Goober Strawberry sandwich
1 cup Milo

I arrived at the office a few minutes before 11 AM and worried that I might not make it to class in time, I took a taxi cab.

We have a different coach today - a girl, though she is more forgiving, her exercises are deadlier. :) There weren't a lot of squats today as supposed to the usual, but there were a lot of burpees and running! Then I consider this a cardio day! Burn baby, burn! :D

After the exercises, we were given some time to practice techniques that are commonly used in Crossfit. I kind of got used to jump rope today. Barely lifted my legs to my chest while hanging on the bar. Though I don't have any aching muscles today, I sure am tired from that workout!

Lunch:
Chicken Burrito
Garden Salad w/ Lemon Vinaigrette

I am not too happy with the lemon vinaigrette but I loved the chicken burrito! <3 Thank youuu for the generous helpings of cheese!
