Today is the day we move out of the apartment. I took a day off from work because we have to load all of our things into the car. I didn't go to Crossfit MNL today, so my workout was lifting heavy things and going up and down the apartment. Our room is on the 4th floor :) so I had a pretty good workout anyway.
Also to compensate for the lack of intensity on my workout today, I didn't eat much. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to foresee that there's still a lot of things to take care of with regards to moving out of the apartment, so I took an emergency leave and completely forgot that I have food waiting for me in the office. Instead, I gave today's meals to my office mate who also started her journey to getting fit. :)

Dinner:
Champorado
Starting tomorrow, I will be commuting from Cavite to Makati for work and it's a long ride so I have to make extra effort to attend the Crossfit Boot Camp sessions. I might try going for the night class or the weekend.
