Week 2 Day 3: The Fit & Sexy Summer Challenge

No workout today. :( My boyfriend is on leave today to do errands in preparation of our moving out tomorrow. And I want to go home as soon as possible to help with everything. When I took on this summer challenge, I figured this week would be a problematic one due to the moving out of Makati. But I'll be sure to find time to workout.

Lunch:
Pasta Bolognese

I loved the pasta so much! It's the first time I didn't get tired of the pasta sauce taste. I really like pasta but almost all the time I couldn't finish a whole serving because I eventually get tired of the taste. But this one I just couldn't get enough. If only I wasn't feeling full and on a diet, I would appreciate another serving. :D

Snack:
Egg Salad Tea Sandwich

Took the The Sexy Chef advice today and saved the sandwich for snack. :)

Dinner:
Fish Fillet w/ Black Bean sauce, minced vegetables, brown rice
Egg Drop Soup

The dinner is okay, no complaints but not my favorite either. Didn't finish the rice as usual but I finished the soup :)
